☃ How to Make "Soto Kudus" ☃

Ingredients:
➣ 1 whole chicken.
➣ 100 grams of bean sprouts, roots & 
   remove washed.
➣ 2 stalks
of celery, chopped fine.
➣ 2 stalks of leeks
,chopped fine.
➣ 5 grains
of red  onion.
➣ 10 cloves of
garlic.
➣ 50 grams of
fried onion.
➣ 5 grains
hazelnut.
➣ 4 slices of
ginger.
➣ 2 slices of bay leaves.

➣ 4 slices of
galangal / galingale,

   crushed.
➣ 1 teaspoon of
seasonings.
➣ 1 lime,
water taken.
➣ Salt and
pepper to taste.

How to Make:

➣ First, prepare water in large saucepan.
➣ Second, put chicken, bay leaves and 
   galangal in a saucepan, boil until 
   cooked and tender.
➣ Third, lift chicken which already
   tender, drain. 
➣ Fourth,shredded meat, chicken and set 
   aside.
➣ Fifth, separate as much as 2 liters of  
   chicken broth, add water if it is less 
   mature.
➣ Sixth, roughly chop red onions and 
   garlic. 
Seventh, Mash hazelnut.  Crush 
   ginger, then burned for a while.
Next, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and
   saute onion, garlic, hazelnut and
   ginger until fragrant.
Then, put stir of spices into the 
   chicken broth wich already separated.  
After that seasonings, salt and pepper 
   to taste and boil over medium heat
Finally, After boiling, Lift from heat.

How to serve:

First, prepare a concave bowl, put
   chicken meat, bean sprouts, onions,
   leeks, celery leaves and lime juice.
Than, pour the broth.
➣ Finally serve hot with Ketchup sauce.
   For 4-6 people.
